Every once in a while I will feel my body start to feel sluggish due to a wide variety of aspects in my life. Whenever I am feeling this way, I always love to rev my body back up with easy detox drinks. I think they can be so good for your entire body (and your mind). Because I am on the go a lot, sometimes I choose food based on convenience and not by healthiness. Don’t get me wrong, there are so many processed foods that I avoid completely. But there are some days when I go overboard on the carbs, which never makes my body alert or awake. When this happens, I know it’s time to cleanse my body.
I used to think of horrible-tasting green-tinted drinks when someone would talk about a “detox” drink. But it doesn’t have to be that way! I have been loving some easy detox drinks lately and I want to share them with you! I also love that some of these can be done on the daily. You don’t always need to be on a strict “3 day diet” to help your body cleanse itself.
