Back to the grind, guys!
Have you ever come back from a vacation, especially the holidays, and felt so blah? Did you happen to over-eat, not workout, simply not take care of your body, or all of the above? Oh, home-girl, I’m right with ya! I had to figure out how to detox after a vacation because I’m totally in need of a fresh start.
The past couple of weeks during the holiday season, I have completely dismissed any idea of a routine and took the term “vacation” to a whole new level. Cory and I are house-sitting and it’s just been so fun to lounge around and play house. We neglected anything healthy except for a daily 20 minute dog walk around the block.
