Sunglasses are one of my favorite accessories in the summer. Another thing I also love is giving back to the community, which is why I was so excited when I discovered Panda Eyewear.
Not only do they make some ah-dorable sunnies, but they also work to benefit the community around them! First, their products are made with sustainably sourced bamboo, meaning that there is minimal waste left. Andddd for every pair of sunglasses you purchase, donate the gift of vision to someone in need.
Taking my own advice
I am always encouraging you girls to step out of your comfort zone and try new things so I thought I would take my own advice when I chose these sunglasses. I have been eye-ing these Warhol-style sunnies for a while but had yet to take the leap and snag one for myself. When I opened the package (in an adorable bamboo case nonetheless) I knew they were the perfect match for me.
I was slightly nervous when browsing online that they would be too large because they practically covered the model’s face. Luckily I didn’t go completely off that picture because they actually fit my tiny face! One thing I do wish was different on these glasses is the fact that the nose piece is wood instead of rubber. Although I would have preferred this, I can definitely deal with this minor difference.
Styling these sunnies
Because these sunnies have more of a hipster vibe to me, I love styling an outfit that is more on trend. I found these platform sandals earlier this summer and definitely don’t regret that purchase one bit! Paired with a tank cardigan and a tassel crossbody and I’m out the door (: I found the black tank tucked away on a clearance rack at Marshall’s several months ago for only $3!
I was provided these sunglasses by Panda in exchange for my honest opinion. Thank you for supporting the brands that make Blissful Gal possible, especially the ones that give back!
